Denver-based Jim and Mickey Miller have been clients for thirty years, since the late 80s in Santa Monica when they were developing The Water Garden and later in Colorado with the Waterview and 1001 17th Street projects. In 2014 Miller Global Properties expanded and remodeled their longtime headquarters at Regency Plaza in The Denver Tech Center.
